We do not handle client funds and we do not act as a financial institution. Instead, we focus on conducting structured research and assisting clients in preparing the documentation needed to approach the relevant institutions directly.

The process begins with a confidential enquiry.

You may contact us if you believe there may be dormant bank accounts, forgotten insurance policies, or lost pension entitlements connected to you or to an estate you are administering.

At this stage we may ask for basic information such as:

  • Information relating to an estate or deceased relative

  • Any documents or records already available

This helps us determine whether research may be appropriate.

The goal is to ensure the information is accurate and properly documented before any claim process is considered.
